The initial call is simply a first step to see if we’re the right fit. There’s no obligation to move forward unless it feels right for you

The 90-minute Strategy Session is a one-time, focused session designed to give you clarity, direction, and a plan you can move forward with.

After your session, you’ll receive a recording within 24 hours so you can revisit the conversation at any time.

You’ll also receive a follow-up email with key notes, action steps, and any ideas we discussed—so you have a clear path forward and something tangible to work from.

From there, you have options.

If it feels like the right fit, we can talk about moving into ongoing accountability coaching and what that would look like for you. If not, you’re welcome to book another Strategy Session in the future whenever you feel like you need to reconnect, reset, or refocus.

Yes.

All Strategy Sessions and ongoing Accountability Sessions are recorded, and you’ll receive a copy within 24 hours so you can revisit the conversation, review your plan, and refer back to it as needed.

I work with a limited number of clients at a time so I can provide real support and personalized attention.

This allows me to stay fully engaged and ensure you’re getting more than surface-level coaching.

This is true 1:1 coaching—no group programs, no pre-recorded content—just focused, personalized support.

I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

For 90-minute Strategy Sessions, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained. To rebook after providing less than 48 hours’ notice, a new deposit will be required.

For initial Coaching Consultations, a deposit is not required. However, cancellations within 48 hours will require a $50 deposit to reschedule. This deposit will be refunded once the call is completed or retained if the appointment is missed or rescheduled again with less than 48 hours’ notice.

I will always do my best to work with you, clear communication is key. Both your time and mine are valuable.

Because of the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session, sessions are non-refundable.

That said, I’m committed to making sure you feel supported and that your time is well spent.
