I’m so glad you were able to find the place.

I jokingly call this my “speakeasy” page since it’s hidden away inside my 1Life Strategy website.

Now you may be asking yourself...Kristine (that's me)...why did you make a page...you purposefully don't want everyone to find?!?

That's a great question.

As my kids got older, as I got older, as I found myself navigating more and more midlife issues (we'll call them opportunities)

I realized I wanted a space where I didn’t always have to sound polished, professional, filtered, or perfectly put together.

There are just too many WTF moments in life...

and the older I get...the more WTF moments there seem to be.

I wanted to create a space where I could express my gratitude for reaching this midlife milestone...because not everyone gets to.

F-cancer!

But I also wanted a space where I could laugh, cry, vent, and make fun of how absurdly Beautiful and Brutal midlife can be.

I figured I couldn’t be the only one feeling this way…

You can think of Hold My Prosecco as the bubbly version of “hold my beer.”

It comes in handy while dealing with whatever "opportunituy for growth" midlife decides to throw at us this week. 🍾

I think we all deserve a place where it's ok to acknowledge that feeling that time is moving way too fast and you have this feeling that there is more to life, there is more you want to do with your life...but it feels like you're running out of time.

That's Mortality Motivation - and it can mess with you big time!

Later this year, Hold My Prosecco will officially launch as a podcast — we’ll be talking, laughing, and oversharing all things midlife!!
